S&R Films may be a young company, but its executives and associates are passionate about giving back to the communities in which they live and work. The first opportunity they took was headed by executive Gato Scatena on The Big Island of Hawaii. Gato, originally from Kailua Kona, teamed up with his old friend and HUNA executive (S&R Events, Hawaii Division), Elijah Lawson to host a three band hip hop concert to benefit The Big Island Humane Society titled "The Animal House Party."

More recently, in March of 2010, S&R Films sponsored the "Get Up & Move" concert hosted by GoLo Productions and UNICEF to raise money for Haitian aid. The concert featured several known and up-and-coming musicians, and took place in Hollywood, California.
